Pleurisy: One possible cause of upper back pain with difficulty breathing could be pleurisy.  You should get this examined, though, as it is abnormal to have "breathing problems."  see your doctor.

: If you had the period on time why do you think you are pregnant. Furthermore, pregnancy should not cause those symptoms. Anyway, if there is any doubt at all you just do a urine pregnancy test with an early morning sample then you have your answer.

Could be caused by some problems of concerns like pneumothorax (puncture of the lung) or a clot (pulmonary embolism) so please get it checked

Could be a problem: with chronic acid reflux into your esophagus causing some scarring at the distal end or actual narrowing of your esophagus (esophageal stricture) trapping food stuff from coming down smoothly.  The reaction of dizziness, with chest and back pain is called a vasovagal response and is caused by your esophagus spasming trying to get the food to go down.  You should see a gastroenterologist (GI) ASAP.
