See below: Bv is a synergistic infection involving gardnerella and a number of other bacteria. It is treated with Metronidazole oral or intravaginal treatment. Tinidazole and Clindamycin are alternatives. Oral and intravaginal probiotics containing lactobacilli can help. Recurrent disease is related to colonization of your sex partner, inconsistant condom use and is halved with estrogen contraceptives.

Boric Acid?: For bacterial vaginosis i would recommend the standard treatment of oral or vaginal flagyl.
Intravaginal boric acid 600 mg at bed time provides symptomatic relief.  The frequency can be gradually decreased to once or twice a week.  You could try a probiotic preparation such as vsl #3 with 110 billion colonies of probiotic bacteria per capsule, but this therapy  is unproven.

No: But Metronidazole should be very cheap , see if your doctor can prescribe that pill as that is the generic name, it works often, not always.

Proper diagnosis: The key to treating recurrent vaginal discharge is proper testing so that you know exactly what you are treating. If test confirm you do have recurrent BV then there are several protocols for long term treatments with Metronidazole, Boric acid and others that can be used.

Not both: Metronidazole will often cure BV (bacterial vaginosis).  It is ineffective against chlamydia.  For this you will need a different antibiotic, such as azithromycin, doxycycline, eryhromycin, or uncommonly Levofloxacin and ofloxacin.  See your clinician for an appropriate prescription.

Yeast Vs. Bacteria: Nope.  Yeast is a different kind of infection than bacteria and the meds to treat them are different.

It's most likely BV but that can only be determined for certain with an exam .  If possible go to a doctor or a Gyn center such as Planned Parenthood to have it checked out.
If you start having discomfort in your low belly or pelvic area, get seen right away.

See below: Not among the recommended antibiotics and likely would not be effective.  However, in non-pregnant women, BV resolves on its own in 1/3 of patients.

If : If you were diagnosed with BV and treated, but are still experiencing symptoms, then there is a good possibility that you have something else besides bv. Search you local yellow pages for low income or free clinics. There are usually free std clinics in every state. They can help you with this issue even if it's not an std.
Unfortunately, there is not an at home cure i can suggest without knowing what we are dealing with, however i can tell you if you have any itching or white discharge an over the counter yeast infection cream may help.
My final advice since you are in "severe" pain is to find a way to seek medical care.
