What: Not sure what you mean by kill hungry bacteria. The triple treatment for H Pylori usually is at least 90% effective

Probiotics. : Align or biogaia. Both have a probiotics that can help.  This is the same stuff you hear about in the activia commercials. 
Align is easier to find at health food stores. 
Biogaia might be in a walgreen's or a walmart. Or you can look on line and order it but that  may take too long. If all else fails buy some activia and eat at least 1 cup with each meal for 2-3 days.  Good luck.

Amoxicillin has been: Reported to have side effects of decreased appetite and weight loss. One explanation- the condition you were being treated for has improved with subsequent improvement in appetite.

Amoxicillin dosing: That is a question for the doctor who prescribed the Amoxicillin for you.  You should not be taking old medicine or someone else's medicine.  The dose would vary according to what you are being treated for and there are sometimes other factors to take into account, as well.

Unlikely: Not particularly toxic, if at all when taken orally.  Overdoses may increase risk of secondary fungal overgrowth or antibiotic induced diarrhea but no common fatalities except to allergic reactions, which are not dose dependent.
