every spring i get headaches daily(forehead) i have seasonal allergies but i have no symptoms really. any reason why i have headaches all spring?

Get checked: Many people have significant nasal congestion without realizing it.  If your symptoms occur in the spring, then you are likely allergic to tree and/or grass pollen.  Try a nasal steroid spray. If this relieves the headache, then you get your answer. If problem persists, see your doctor or an allergist.

how can i relieve these headaches? i have had headaches for a few weeks. they arent severe like migranes just dull aches that don't seem to go away. doctor said my nose was swollen and sinus problem / allergies are most likely the cause but i am unsure. i

The : The headaches are likely due to sinusitis. Your doctor should treat you for sinusitis or take an x-ray or ct scan of your sinuses if he/she wants to be certain prior to treatment. I feel like doing these tests would prolong your suffering and treatment with antibiotics for at least ten days should be started. In the meantime try over the counter 12 hour sudafed.

Headache from flying: Sounds suspicious for a sinus headache, caused by expansion of air in sinuses that is not able to escape due to congestion with sinus openings in nose swollen shut. Can be prevented by taking an oral nasal decongestant such as Sudafed, or use of a nasal decongestant spray. If you also had ear pain, it helps to chew gum or be eating something while ascending and descending in the flight.
