Fluorosis: White spots on teeth are usually caused by hyperfluorosis (too much fluoride).   They can also be caused by Enamel Hypoplasia.   Depending on the cause and severity, we have some limited success removing white spots with a product called MI Paste.   For more sever cases treatment can range from fillings to veneers.

Multiple sclerosis: Many diseases can cause "white spots" to appear on the MRI imaging studies of the brain and spine.  Multiple sclerosis is one of the most common conditions.  Strokes, cancer, infection, and some other rare neurological disorders can also cause similar issues.  Sometimes further physical examination, blood work,  and a spinal fluid tap may be necessary to get a diagnosis.

Complicated question: With the same amount of alcohol people experience different degrees of impairment and damage. Some people are more vulnerable than others to brain damage due to alcohol.  The good news is that most alcohol abusers with cognitive impairment show at least some improvement in brain structure and functioning within a year of abstinence.

Nonspecific: White matter lesions could be nonspecific and can be associated with prior head injury, migraine, atherosclerosis, aging, and multiple sclerosis.  Mostly, there is need for clinical correlation.  If ms suspicion, spinal fluid could be tested, if question of arteritis or vasculitis, some blood tests might help.  (on occasion, radiologically isolated syndrome is used to classify a non-clinical ms).

Lots of things: "bright spots" on an MRI have various causes.  They can range from benign, insignificant findings to infections, injuries, metabolic problems and more.  An MRI is only a tool, and the findings need to be put in the context of the patient's clinical condition. Mri's are often ordered unnecessarily and then odd findings (like bright spots) can make a straightforward case much more confusing.

Individual Levels: There is no one answer to this, since each individual is different.  However, teenagers should not drink alcohol for a very good reason: their brains are still developing.  If you add toxins (e.g., alcohol, nicotine from cigarettes, etc.) to a growing brain, you're only doing it harm.

Yes: Acute and chronic alcoholism affect brain function.  Chronic alcoholism may cause dementia. Acute alcoholism may cause delirium, memory lapses or amnesia. The old saying that every single drink of alcoholic drinks kills brain cells is not literarily truth but other changes in the synapsis of neurons do occur.
