General health: Vision requires the anatomical apparatus that we call the eye, it requires adequate light, it requires proper neural connections to the part of the brain that registers vision and it requires proper development of the visual system as the person grows up.  In addition clear imagery requires proper eyeglasses and proper general health.

Possibly: Since breathing is so important in singing, costochondritis may affect your ability to sing loud and long because you might not be able to take in as deep a breath as you normally would due to pain.  If you are able to take in a deep breath, then it shouldn't affect your singing at all.

NOT INDICATED: Abilify (aripiprazole) is an atypical anti-psychotic with indications for psychosis like with schizophrenia, or for bipolar disorder, or for augmentation of resistant depression. There is no indication for "anxiety" by itself. I would check back with your physician on this.

One time or longer?: Methotrexate (mtx) is the 'best' treatment for ectopic pregnancy, but the pregnancy still damages the tube and disease may have damaged the tube first and affected fertility. Mtx alone as chemo (molar pregnancy) is one of the least toxic to future childbearing but combined chemo is worse. Mtx for rheumatoid can affect male/female fertility, cause miscarriage, birth defects. Stop mtx before trying.
