Most likely not: The  most common presentation of yeast infection of the vagina , is itching , curd like discharge adherent to the virginal wall. Yeast infection of the vagina is very common and is usually mild nuisance . If there is swelling of the vaginal wall , i suspect something else is going on . I suggest to see your pcp / obgyn. The : The best thing to do would be to see your healthcare provider and have an examination and cultures.  They might just be reactionary, but it is best to have cultures to be sure it isn't an infectious type of rash.  If you have pain, fever, or discharge then you must be seen immediately.

Yes: A yeast infection can, so can numerrous other conditions - reactions to antibiotics like a UTI med can, tampons, other infections, trauma, allergic reaction, herpes and more.  For yeast over the counter vaginal yeast cream, but if it persists or worsens i'd see the doc.
