Baking soda: Bathing in a bath with baking soda may help decrease swelling and pain. It will take a day or two for the medication to work. Baking soda breaks up the cell walls of yeast. Taking probiotics by mouth helps populate the digestive system with beneficial bacteria and reduce yeast as well.

Stress & medications: Canker sores can either be from the herpes virus or sometimes an autoimmune ds. Either way stress will usually cause them to break-out.  Yeast, or fungus infections usually happen either from taking broad spectrum antibiotics or if you are using some type of inhaled steroid. Your best course of action is to see an oms to determine what is causing your specific symptoms and see what can be done.

Hopefully : Hopefully you have a diagnosis and are under treatment. In this situation there is nothing you can do prevent the mores sores or blisters from appearing. However, if you know the signs of a yeast infection and think you have one, go ahead and treat with an over the counter yeast infection medication, and see your doctor if you have no improvement.

Canker sore: Canker sores and  yeast infections have different causes and treatments.  Yeast is a fungal infection while canker sores are not an infection. The cause of canker sores are related to stress, trauma, chemical sensitivity, vitamin deficiencies, or autoimmune problems, however the exact cause is not well understood.

Sure: Scratching can easily cause sores, especially of sensitive tissues like the vaginal area. But see a doctor if they don't heal quickly or if you otherwise remain concerned. Also, herpes is a common cause of genital sores, so see a doctor ASAP if you are at risk for STDs or might have been exposed to herpes.

It's possible but...: Anal yeast could occur without vaginal, but not very likely. Usually it would cause pretty much the same symptoms as vaginal yeast -- itching, irritation, and redness. Open sores could result, but usually not. Other possibilities include anal herpes if multiple sores that recur from time to time; or anal fissure if only one. See doctor if you have any doubt about it and/or the problem continues.
