Low testosterone: Also known as hypogonadism, this condition is diagnosed by blood tests to check hormone levels, and should be done first thing in the morning.  In my own practice, I do not and would not administer testosterone replacement therapy without first confirming the diagnosis with properly-timed lab tests.  If confirmed, testosterone replacement is the answer. No otc products will fix this issue.

Morphology: Sperm morphology is tricky.  It is not always directly related to ability to produce a pregnancy.  With that said, 7 percent is not bad.  The world health organization states 14% or higher is considered "normal".  5-14% is borderline.  I think you are fine but if you want to affect positive change: avoid smoking, eat healthy, exercise.  Supplements to consider: L-carnitine, L-arginine

No: Protein consumption does not affect testosterone levels.

May be more complex: Many things come to mind. Testosterone is one aspect, thyroid disease, infectious disease's like HIV, Mono, hepatitis. Autoimmune disorders? I recommend u seeing an internal medicine doctor who can do a detailed history and physical exam and go from there

Other Labs?: I hope your thyroid has been checked and is normal.  Although typically those with low thyroid causing weight gain are short and you are rather tall!   It is probably a simple matter of more calories taken in than you are burning off which is putting you in a positive calorie balance resulting in weight gain.  Drink only water, eat 8 fruits and veggies daily and ramp exercise to 10,000 steps daily

Get fat & diabetes: Sorry, not trying to be flippant but it's a bit of a chicken & egg question. Regardless of sex, we've linked obesity to lower t. Diabetes is also linked to low t. Recent study showed that exercising & eating right led to weight loss & boost in t. So if you want to naturally lower yours, do the opposite. But as far as taking a supplement, i'm not aware of any, although some prescription meds help.

Hormone regulation: Simple answer: not really, but it depends on what else is going on. Cortisol and testosterone are regulated by ACTH and LH, both from the pituitary.  A pituitary disorder could affect one or both. Both C and T are higher in the AM.  C increases with stress.  Stress can affect sexual performance, cause fatigue, etc, but not usually through lowering T.  What's your "real" question?
