Folliculitis: If you have pustules on hair-bearing region of vagina, may be simple folliculitis which can scar with a dark mark in pts of darker skin color. If you have large abscesses, freq pimples and black heads with thick ropey scars in hair baring region of groin, axillae, or other areas - this may be hydradenitis superativa, a chronic inflammatory skin disorder.

Need Evaluation: What you describe is impossible to diagnose without seeing it.  You also need to be checked for STDs if you are worried.  go see your doctor and get things checked out.

Using precautions: Protecting oneself is always a great idea. Only problem is, sometimes condoms 'fail' and some diseases can still be acquired despite proper condom usage. For example herpes that occurs by contact from an area 'not covered' by the condom. I think it's quite unlikely what you describe is a true STD - but why not show it to a doctor so we can help you with the diagnosis and therefore treatment?

Penile "bumps": The "bumps" described may be HPV (human papilloma virus) and if so , can be contagious. Suggest a tissue biopsy to be certain.

Foliculitis: What you describe hear sounds like folicullitis. It is a chronic skin infection caused most of the time by bacterias . That means it can be treated with antibiotics. Check with your doctor to get examined and get appropiate treatment . Usually for chronic disease the treatment will be for atleast 2 weeks.

: Uterus can retroflex normally and in certain conditions for it is slightly mobile. If you have no symptoms  and are otherwise well then you are OK

Uterus: Uterine pain could be endometriosis, fibroid, adenomyosis.  Urinary bladder problems could act like uterine pain or other inflammatory conditions .

Not an STD: On one hand, a scar alone will not bleed. So it would seem your kissing partner had something else as well. No way to tell whether it was an injury or some sort of sore. However, no STD is a likely cause either of a scar or new sore. Oral herpes comes closest, but isn't considered an STD. Even if some STD caused the scar, by definition a scar is healed and connot transmit infection.
