Sure but: It is certainly possible to have a mole or birth mark on the vagina. If it is new, has changed in size or color though it should be looked at by your doctor to make sure that is all it is.

i have a black dot that looks like a mole on the inside of my outer vagina lips. i've noticed a while ago but now all of a sudden it's raised?

if the top of a melanoma is rubbed off and all that is left is a black spot. could the melanoma spread internally without regrowing in the area where the raised mole got rubbed off?

: the lesion you describe does not sound like a melanoma but rather a seborrheic keratosis that is benign. However without being able to examine the lesion i cannot be sure i recommend  you seek care with a dermatologist or your primary care.

i  rubbed off a raised mole  and all that is left is a black spot . my derm told me that i should watch and monitor the area to see  if it regrows but i feel uneasy about that because i fear if it's melanoma and  it would spread without me knowing ?

: Maybe your dermatologist knows that it was not a mole but another kind of bump and, the leftover pigment  is just post inflammatory pigmentation. 
If indeed it was a mole that left pigment cells, you would see the dark spot as well and, you should monitor it. 
If you are concerned because you think the original bump was a melanoma, ask your Doctor to please biopsy the area of the “black spot”

See doctor: If you have been treated for this or any condition and it did not go away you need to be re-evaluated.  Any changes in skin color or texture should be evaluated.

i got a lip booster and after i put it on my lips it appeared a tiny bump on my upper lip and i popped it and i dont know of its a scar or now cause it has a black spot and a bit raised thats idented in the middle.how can i get rid of it and whats it?

: It was a bad idea to have popped it because that may have provoked more inflammation. The scab should fall away in time and the amount of scaring may be reduced if you use moisture that is healing on the lip. Be patient and less vain may be the best option.

Yes: Eventhough malignant melanoma is rare on the vulva, a dark skin lesion that grows or changes needs to be evaluated. You may need to get a biopsy done.
