Fracture coccyx: You could see a primary care and  get x-ray or the area or MRI, and they could treat conservatively with ice NSAIDS, donut pillow,. or could go to orthopedist who would treat similarly or if severe may inject  with steroid or in the rare event could perform surgery for unremitting pain .

Pt is best: Coccyx injury is common and typically very painful. Best therapy is pt and other non-surgical therapy. Rarely surgery is done to remove the fractured part of the coccyx.

Need to be checked: You need to be checked preferably in an emergency department as they can do xrays and find out if you have a fracture and you may need cat scan as well after evaluation
other option is to take ovr the counter pain meds and make an appointment with your primary doctor.

Sciatica: This is a very painful but common condition.I suspect you have a discogenic compression on a spinal nerve.I recommend gentle stretching in the hot shower, sit-up position stretch and Ibuprofen type meds.Do not expect a dr to have much more to offer in the next 4 weeks! move about to resolve fastest.

Inflammation: Possible inflammation of the vertebra or sacroiliac joints. Your rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you for this. A ruptured disk is another possibility in view of the radiation into the leg.
