Chronic neck tightne: Chronic muscle tightness in neck can cause altered inal motion and affect the nerves and ganglions in parts of the nervouus system that can cause some of your symptoms. Try a manipulative. Medicine specialist, a do. Massage might help too.  Also posture, stress can affect the neck.
