Multiple causes: A blocked nose may reflect sinus issues that definitely can cause dizziness symptoms. Another common cause may be congestion related to ears. Dizziness can also be a sign of more serious issues involving the brain,so it would be prudent to get checked by an ENT physician and go from there.
