No recommended: I know that there are many home remedies out there, but what you really need is time.  Cold sores usually last about 2 weeks. If caught early enough, (usually within 48 hrs) antiviral medications, in both ointment  and pill form can help alot, but need to be started at the onset of the outbreak.  Call your primary care md or dentist who can help you with the "right stuff".

: Hi: if it's still bleeding after 2 days, you should see a doctor, to see if there are better ways to stop the bleeding and to check for infection.
Typically after putting a good amount of pressure for more than 10 minutes or so the bleeding should stop.
The wound may easily reopen when you put pressure on it, like walking.
Over the counter corn cushion may help, but you should still be seen.

First, : First, i would make sure it is a corn as opposed to a callus.  Corns are caused by too much pressure in combination with friction.  They are essentially the bodies way of protecting the area from the pressure and friction.  Calluses are more diffuse whereas corns are more cone-like thickenings.  The most homeopathic treatment would be to make sure your footwear is appropriate and not putting too much pressure on certain areas of your foot.  Beyond that, traditional measures can help combined with finding a good podiatrist.  I hope that helps.

Try: to remove them with pumice stone or Emory board after you bathe. When the skin is soft it is the best time to do so. Also cream with uric acid or any emulsifying creams will also help. See a podiatrist for further evaluation. If the callus is too thick, debridement by a podiatrist is needed. also it is a good idea to have it checked out and make sure it is callus

Warts: Calluses are usually due to excessive pressure against a particular bone.  Calluses on top of the big toes may be due to the toes rubbing against the shoes or they may be warts.  If they are "strange" and have little black dots in them, then they are probably warts. You can get them evaluated and treated by a podiatrist.
