my heels/side of my feet are a really really dark color i scrape & peel off the dead skin/callous nothing works it started since i been wearing hills.

Wearing high heels: If wearing shoes, especially womens dress heels barefooted, you can create a lot of friction from motion of feet in shoes.  If you wear hosiery it will likely help.  Also, daily footcare using exfoliating creams/soaps/lotions and/or pumice stonehi can help remove surface layers of builtup callus and keep skin soft and more elastic.

Foreign body: If the callosity is coming to a head, you have a foreign body that is being extruded. If the "callus" id painful and on the sole, it would be a plantar wart.  This needs careful removal of all the thick dead skin until you can see tipping dot in the middle. While the core is exposed let a dermatologist freeze it with liquid N2. Not concerned about the pigmentation. Brown is beautiful!!

At that age....: It is likely a plantar wart.  See a podiatrist to be sure.

Blood blister: It could be a blood blister - these can take a few weeks to reabsorb.  Other dark red skin lesions include hemangiomas, which are basically abnormal collections of blood vessels.

Callus removal: Calluses build up from wear and tear, and may be worse with dry skin. Otc home remedies include a pumice stone or pediegg type of device (helps to soak feet first), or many salons can do a pedicure. If severe, if blisters or bleeding underneath callus, or if you have diabetes or sensory nerve problems, best to see primary care doc or podiatrist. A good moisturizing foot cream can help prevent.

Podiatrist: It is probably related to your shoe type. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may wish to see a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment.

Hard toe lumps: These limps can be warts; sometimes they look yellowish and other times they look like they have small dots in it.  If you pinch it, does it hurt/ Warts usually hurt with the pinch test.  Calluses do not. See a Podiatrist and have them checked out.

Pressure: Corns/calluses are your skin's way of protecting itself from where increased pressure occurs on your foot.  Friction and shearing forces from the way you are walking whether you are in shoes or not can be irritating that hard skin and causing them to peel.

Scrape or sand.: If very thick you can use a sharp blade to shave this down to pain. If relatively thin there are a number of devices one can purchase at the beauty supply store. Some look like microplane cheese graters and others like coarse blocks of sandpaper.
