Not really: The idea of emergency contraception is to delay or prevent ovulation. There is not  a way to determine when exactly it would occur after using these pills. If you do not want to get pregnant consider starting birth control. Then you will not have to worry about these scares

Up to 95%: If a woman takes the morning after pill within 24 hours of intercourse it is up to 95% effective.  If she takes it within 72 hours of intercourse it is up to 89% effective.  The sooner after intercourse the pill is taken the more effective it is, even during ovulation time.  However being on bcp or Implanon or iud is even more effective, so it's helpful to consider a from of birth control.

Not at all: You can take the morning after pill at any point in your cycle.  The morning after pill helps to prevent ovulation.  If you've already ovulated, the morning after pill won't really be able to help you.  But women ovulate at all different times in their cycle, some as early as day #4, some as late  day #16.  Always use it if your condom breaks or you don't want to be pregnant after unprotected sex.
