is it possible for osteoperosis in feet to cause a hot burning skin feeling?

Generally no: Osteoperosis is mainly going to involve the bones. The nerves should not be effected unless your are having fractures from the bone loss, which would be a different issue.

Skin ; stress: Yes, stress and anxiety can cause one to feel burning and other sensations on one's skin. Also suggestion either through hypnosis or autosuggestion can also produce burning and itching, .

Vasodilation: Or widening of the blood vessels sends blood to the skin and can be experienced as burning.  This is the result of chemicals such as histamine being produced in large quantities in the body when stressed.  Today we talk about the flight, flight, freeze response.  The relaxation response is the opposite and herbert benson, md, has a little book w/technique that helps.  The very best to  you.

Random patch of burn: Would follow up with neurologist could be elevated sugar ,thyroid disease , B12 ( usually is in legs first), or autoimmune versus MS. follow up with neurologist.

Fungus: Burning and rash in the groin could be caused by yeast or rungs infection. Fungus has a sharp border with scaling amd yeast has small red pus like spots in an irregular shape. Mild cases are treatable with cream. More extensive cases may need oral drugs such as Diflucan (fluconazole) or ketoconazole.

It could: It could still be low because some people have difficulty with absorption through the stomach and need to get shots to bypass it so you should still get the level checked.  The bad news is that if you have a sensory motor neuropathy the list of causes is enormous and hepatitis c is on that list.  The treatment to reverse it is removal of the offending agent which may or may not be possible

i have heater only 11 inches away from me for long periods of time and feels like burning skin. can this cause skin cancer or damage from radiation?

Possible: Prolonged exposure to heat will damage the skin and increase the risk of skin cancer.
