She is: The bald ring on her head most likely has nothing to do with calcium, but more that she is lying on her back and rubbing her head. If she is a term child and is drinking the proper amount of formula daily, she is getting enough calcium.

Yes: Insufficient iron stores as measured by ferritin levels is strongly associated with hair loss in women. It is important to measure ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, or esr) when checking ferritin, as an apparent "normal" ferritin can be misleading if the ESR is high. Both are what are known as "acute phase reactants", meaning that in the presence of inflammation, they will be elevated.

Both unlikely: Unless you were eating raw eggs, it is very unlikely that you had biotin deficiency. You may take Biotin supplement, it will not do harm, but it is not likely to reverse hair loss. See this site for more info.

Accepted Answer

Not likely: This is really a moderately potent multivitamin including B-vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc.  The doses aren't on the higher side but not so high as to be particularly concerning.  Though be aware, I can't be very sure how much this will help your hair loss.  Hopefully a doctors has evaluated you for this.
