Problems : Problems with memory such as you suggest are not due to your thyroid. There are many possible causes of such memory impairment. I would visit with your doctor to get a thorough neurologic exam and evaluation of your mental status and memory. Don't blame your thyroid.

Pathology report: This sounds like a pathology report describing some sort of surgical  sampling of the endometrial lining. It is describing benign noncancerous findings

Endocervical/tissue: A "pap smear" may contain some tissue from the canal leading to the womb (endocervical canal) which grows out over the surface of the cervix and is seen on the pap smear.  With a "D&amp;C" some fragments of endocervial glandular tissue will be seen on pathologic diagnostic microscopic exam. This tissue was benign, therefore nothing to worry about.

what is the maximum time frame that fragments can pass after an eswl? i've passed nothing after one month.

ESWL follow up : Fragments can pass any time - if they are stuck in the lower pole (bottom part) of the kidney then they could be there for years. I typically expect that most fragments which can be expected to pass should do so within 3-4 weeks. For this reason, I typically have patients return for follow up in 3-4 weeks with an X-ray.

dr said he took 5 biopsies with core needle, but on path report it says "4 fragments in one cassette". what does this mean?

Discrepancy: If the report says four core biopsies, and the doctor who performed the biopsy says five, you should ask the doctor who performed the biopsy to clarify the discrepancy.

Need more info: It's hard for me to give you an accurate answer with out seeing you leg and getting more history. The best thing to do is to see your family physician who will examine you and possibly order an x-ray to help diagnose your problem.
