i have a question? i always have back and neck pains, im going to massage a lot to help my pain. can i use my hsa to buy a massage chair?

Normal: Often arms and neck are darker in people of Asian subcontinent and it is normal. You could leave it alone. Trying chemicals to lighten pigmentation may not be good for your health. At best you could use sunscreen on your neck before going out in the sun.

See below: Usually a muscle strain will improve on it's own over the course of 1-2 weeks.  Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (advil, aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture.  If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.

hi..i used lumene night cream and now i have an itchy dry bumpy rash on my face & neck. it seems to be spreading what can i buy to heal it?

Allergy to cream:  Derived from Arctic sea buckthorn. is rare berry hand picked  grows wild at the arctic sea coast. It is presumed to activate cell regeneration and skin functions; help to reduce wrinkles It is made in Finland  You are probably allergic to the cream. Call your physician or use OTC allergy cream. Avoid the night cream. If not better definitely see your doctor.

Keep it dry: keep it dry you can use from over the counter hydrocortison cream and take banadryl at night to prevent you from itching

Save your money: Thymus extract has not shown to have any effect on the immune system.  You'd be better off spending your money on sweet bread which often contains the thymus gland.

Depends on why: New throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies, irritants, or stomach reflux. With a positive strep swab, the question becomes, "Are you just carrying strep bacteria, which many people are; or is the strep bacteria causing your illness?" Life is not so simple.
