Get checked: You may have MRSA which is a type of bacteria that can cause frequent recurrent skin infections.  It is easily treated but you need to be tested for it.

A thought: More can be determined from physical exam and imaging, but I might start by ruling out degenerative spine disease, spinal stenosis or spondylolysthesis (or some combination thereof). The butt cheek/outer thigh involvement is suspicious for nerve entrapment (which would be worsened with upright exercise).

See doctor: Low back pain with loss of bladder control is worrisome for a serious problem involving the sacral nerves, which inner ate the bladder and skin of buttock.  Get a comprehensive evaluation.

? Right SI Joint: Sometime the sciatic nerve may be irritated or pinched beyond the discs in ls spine. It could be right si joint arthritis. X rays of si joint and ncv/emg would help if not already done.

See neurologist: I don't believe you have shingles with so many areas of the body involved. However if you have painful blisters , it may be a serious condition and a dermatology consult is recommended.

4.	Develops to mild to severe sharp, stabbing, shooting, throbbing 
5.Sometimes burning, itching, pins ; needles
6.Skin lesions, rash follow but not in all cases and is unilateral
7.Rarely recur.
