Diet and water: You may need to increase your intake of fiber and water. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Consult this site for fiber foods, or take a fiber laxative like Metamucil.

hi, i experience pain/burning sensation above my belly button and discomfort in my intestines. i pass gas and constipated. i mostly experience all these when am laying down on the bed. kindly assist.

Constipation: Most likely gas is trapped and reaching a sensitive spot inside your intestines when you lie down.  Change positions, best to sleep on stomach so you can easily pass gas.  Plenty of fluids, fiber, fruits, and keep yourself regular to keep from trapping gas.  Good luck!

Abd pain: Sounds like it could be signs of an ulcer or bad reflux. Talk to your doctor about therapy for either or both, and possibly checking the stool for the h. Pylori antigen to determine if it is an ulcer.

I recommend being examined by a physician or gynecologist promptly as pelvic inflammatory disease and/or urinary bladder irritation or infection is a concern especially in view of associated chills.
