Several things: Yeast infections are the most common cause of vaginal itching. Yeast medications are available over the counter. Trichomoniasis and herpes are two stds which can cause itching and pain in the vagina. Schedule a visit to help narrow down the problem if you do not improve with over the counter yeast cream

Vaginal itching : If there is a thick white discharge present as well, you may use Monistat-7,  to relieve the symptoms.  You may have a yeast infection from what you have described.  If no relief in 24 hours after using cream, you will need to be examined in the office.

Yes and No.: You could have a disease if the condom broke or if you didn't use the condom before any penile contact...

You could also be irritated by the spermicide if condom had that. That's why many condoms stopped having nonoxynol 9...

Very rare to have latex allergy.

If it continues, consider seeing an md for std test.

Anitfungal: Over the counter antifungal is likely best. Itching is usually a sign of a yeast infection.  Generic brands are just as effective as name brands.  Typically come with an insert to use in the vagina.  Cream can also be applied to the outer vulva if you are having itching there as well.  Hope that helps!
