burning sensation on rectum as if i ate spicy food when i go but i didn't eat spicy food. i feel grrr sound from intestine. solid stool for now. no acidity. what is going on?

Helpful info!: The inner lining of the rectum (mucosa) is full of sensory receptors.  If there's irritation, inflammation or damage to the mucosa, you may experience discomfort with a bowel movement.  Hemorrhoids, mechanical irritation from anal intercourse, ulcers, hard stool, Herpes &amp; certain parasites are among the possible causes.  Please see a doctor and find out for sure what's going on.  Thanks.

: Since I don’t see that many Pakistani individuals, I can’t say for certain.  Have you always had this problem, or is this a recent occurrence.  I certainly think your concern is possible.  You might want to see a Urologist, and express your concerns.

Please see physician: to test if you really have blood in stool or just red color stool. Blood in stool is not normal and needs evaluation

Yes: but also acidic foods such as anything with a tomato base to it can cause burning pain, however an underlying anal fissure will be burning with virtually any type of BM. see a colorectal surgeon for proper evaluation and diagnosis/treatment

Avoid them: Avoid spicy foods. I love spicy foods and feel for you if you have to avoid them, but there are worse things in life. Either that or endure the discomfort. I can't think of a third option.

: Rectal, colonic and intestinal infections can occur that yield these kind of symptoms. Discuss with your Dr for stool testing and determination of what is causing this. Prescription treatment may be needed if this is an infection. Mechanical issues such as diverticulosis can also cause this. Imaging may be needed to determine diagnosis.

See below: After a meal of containing hot chile peppers Capsaicin(the ingredient that makes peppers hot) is excreted intact in the stool and to smaller extent in urine.  The anus, bladder and urethra have sensory tissue and will register pain when Capsaicin arrives at these sites.
