HCM: While i suppose anything is possible, these symptoms are not generally part of the clinical presentation of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Burning : Burning and stinging pain and swelling is usually not related to parkinson's disease.  These problems may indicate an autonomic neuropathy, among other neurological and non-neurological diagnoses.  It is usually a good idea to determine the cause and diagnosis of problems before deciding on curative or noncurative, symptomatic treatment.

Pain and numb: Sounds like a neuropathy. This can have many causes. Need to see a neurologist.

SEE Doctor: Get on a secondary medicine to lower your blood sugar, or use insulin. This would be a good thing to do sooner, to minimize the long-term damage to your nerves, vasculature, eyes, kidneys, heart, etc. No supplement replaces good medical managment.

Several causes: Burning or numbness in the hands and feet can be caused by a problem in the spine such as a herniated disc. Can also be caused by a neurpathy that occurs in people with diabetes. Other causes include things like carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel syndrome. An evaluation is needed.

You need to figure: Out why you are swollen......then determine if the stinging and burning are related or not....what did your doctor say? Have you seen one? If not, it would be a good time too....

Foot pain: Since it started so suddenly, it may be irritation from excessive walking or exercise or from wearing shoes with poor arch support.  You could have something called plantar fasciitis (also frequently caused by wearing bad shoes).  Less likely would be a viral infection or extremely high blood sugar.  Give it a few days of wearing good tennis shoes with arch support.  If no better in 2 weeks see md.

Achilles problem : Could be as simple as achilles tendinitis and/ or plantar fasciitis. Stretching for the posterior calf and plantar fascia, perhaps a heel cup, Ibuprofen over the counter for about a week or two. If not better see your doc to be sure it's not something worse.

Shin bumps: Small masses at  junction of leg with ankle, are usually not a concern if they don't continue to increase in size or pain. If the burning pain persists  beyond a week or increases in severity get them checked.
