Depends on your data: This depends on the  database  to diagnose your lupus. These symptoms suggest neurologic issues  but you need to discuss with your physician and your rheumatologist. It could also be  soft  tissue rheumatism. This may not signal a flare at al. Your physician can guide you

If you're talking about autoimmune diseases like lupus, those conditions carry an increased risk of blood clot formation, and therefore stroke. Neuropathy: May be some sort of neuropathy which was provoked by your underlying medical condition.  Then again, that is what a neurologist would tell you but do not forget other sources of pain too.  See your regular doctor, if they do not feel that there is a musculoskeletal cause they will likely refer you to a neurologist.

Heel pain: If I want to take a guess with this little information I would say you might suffer from Plantar fasciitis, the inflammation of heel Tendon, but there are other possible causes too, please see your provider for further evaluation. 
Heel pain is not uncommon in Lupus.

How is your back?: Disc herniation, may account for your pain. Pressure on a nerve from a spastic muscle, hip or knee problems causing you to walk with a limp are among possible causes. Consider getting an evaluation, maybe an MRI of your lower back.

Neurologic symptom: This is a sign of a nerve/neurologic problem.  It is not a sign of a specific disease. It could be caused by a disease, nerve compression, nerve injury.  You should see your doctor to help sort this out.

Sciatica : Sle causes many problems. One of these is muscle pain as well as nerve pain. Usually when you have pain from the buttocks to the feet this is indicative of a pinched nerve in the lower back possible due to spurs or over activity. I would recommend an MRI of the lower back and possibly are your pcp and pt to help with treatment options. Even a podiatrist can help. Good luck.
