Neurofibroma: This may be due to a neurofibroma along one of the cervical spinal nerves (possibly c7).  You should have an evaluation and MRI by a neurologist. Treatment will depend upon your findings and your mri.

@ 38, U need to--: -be evaluated by a specialist such as neurology to find out if it is from your neck, it does sound like that to me. Turning your head to the R, should not cause shoulder pain, but cervical pathology can.

See orthopedist: Its important to establish a diagnosis. Shoulder pain could be from the shoulder or referred. Common referred sources include: abdomen, heart and neck. Shoulder sources include: arthritis, labral tears, instability, tendinitis, rotator cuff tears, bursitis, painful bony spurs etc. Therefore proper diagnosis is essential to stopping the pain. See an orthopedic surgeon.

Nerve problem: The pain described as "burning" is frequently related to some problem with a nerve. The nerves send signals from the extremities toward the spinal cord and brain. A nerve pain starting in the shoulder is unlikely to be related to pain in the foot. The spinal cord sends signals upward toward brain . The foot and shoulder nerves could be affected by same condition like multiple sclerosis.

Esophagus: This may be a type of mild  esophageal motility symptom or tiny spasm as the discomfort can be referred to the upper back rather than be felt in the front of the chest. If your symptoms become more frequent and more uncomfortable, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

Scapular pain: Most scapular pain is caused by muscle spasm (since the scapula is a free floating bone, there are lots of muscle to hold it in place, and it is easy for them to be overworked). Stress is a common cause. If the pain is well localized, an injection of cortisone, saline, or local anesthetic may help. Exercises to stretch and strengthen (pt) will help. Ibuprofen should help.
