Extremity Pain: One POSSIBILITY is s nerve condition called neuropathy.     Are you diabetic or have you had chemo?  These raise the probability of that.  In any case, please see your doctor who will help.  Peace and good health.

what is the relationship between burning sensation of toes fingers and ischemic heart disease?

Not aware of any: "burning" is a symptom most commonly associated with a nerve.  Carpal and tarsal tunnel (nerve compression), neuritis (inflammation) and some metabolic diseases (like diabetes and anemia) can also produce a burning feeling.  

The most i can think of is angina can sometimes cause the left arm and fingers to tingle or even burn.  It certainly would have no affect on the toes, though.

Numbness: No the burning sensation in your left 5th digit is totally unrelated to the L5 disc protrusion but could represent an ulnar nerve entrapment or too much pressure on the outside palm.

Burning numb: This doesn't fit a logical pattern for a neurological illness in the back or the brain, but could fit with diabetes.  Check with your doctor to get screened. Exercise and drink plenty of fluid, avoid caffeine. Hope this helps.

: You have had a thorough work-up and current symptoms are not life threatening or debilitating so you just have to watch those symptoms for now, do not worry too much. Nerve: A pinched nerve in the neck or shoulder region could be the problem. Symptoms brought on by cold temperatures suggest some vascular spasm.  Bursitis of the shoulder is another possibility. An orthopedic specialist or neurologist would be best to evaluate you and order any appropriate tests.

Hand numbness: your symptoms can be due to either nerve compression or vascular compromise to right hand. The whole right arm and cervical spine needs to be evaluated. Do you type a lot? Postural exercises and yoga helps. Chiropractor might be of some assistance too based upon what defect has been diagnosed after thorough work up

?carpal tunnel syndr: You probably have acquired a wrist synovitis, maybe through keyboarding, which is causing compression of median nerve at wrist.  Recommend you let your doctor know about this, as simple to reverse.

Nerve Compression: Your sensation could be related to some nerve compression at your wrist area which we see in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. This can be attributed to the type of work that you do everyday.

Could be a nerve: An affected nerve can cause burning: either entrapment, trauma, or neuropathy.
The formation of a callus while weightbearing may also cause burning in this area.
