: The burning sensation and yellow colored urine is not related to erection. At 24 your having any serious problems with erections are mre from worry and anxiety than an any organic cause. I think you will be fine. Make sure to drink plenty of water

Not HPV: HPV causes no pain, irritation, itching, etc. It only causes warts or other kinds of painless bumps on the skin or moist tissues; or abnormal pap smears. If the burning, itching, and tingling persist, see a doctor. Yeast infection is possib le. Also examine yourself closely, and see a doctor ASAP if any blisters or open sores in the irritated area (possible herpes). Good luck!

Resistance : There is becoming a higher rate of resistance to meds used for UTIs, particularly with Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and especially with Macrobid.  Keep track of your temperature and evaluate your flank pain throughout the day as you the infection could turning into pyelonephritis.  At this point, I'd recommend going on Levaquin, a stronger antibiotic.  For future simple UTIs ask for Kefex 4 x / day.

Infection: Symptoms sound most like a UTI. It is less likely a vaginal infection. You should have a urine culture checked and an antibiotic. All the best.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may something you eat that is excreted in urine and is irritating your urethra, If adjusting your diet does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a urologist. UTI or other: You are having classic symptoms of a urinary tract bacterial infection; other possibilities include an undiagnosed sexually transmitted disease.  Both of these can become serious very quickly if not caught and treated early.
Go see your physician for urinary and std testing as soon as possible, and appropriate treatment.

Possibilities: Trauma or inflammation to the urethra causes the burning sensation.  This can come from kidney stones, infection or very acidic concentrated urine.  In men prostatic fluid which is rich in sugar if not flushed from the urethra after intercourse dries and with urination you get very minor shearing and discomfort.  If the symptom is persistent see your doctor for approriate diagnosis.
