Worth looking into: Cardiac pain is less often right-sided. However, over the internet its tough to know for sure. Without knowing details of your recent cardiology exam its hard to know how concerned to be. There are instances where a good cardiac check up did not reveal heart disease and yet it still be present. If this isn't rapidly clearing I'd get back in to see a physician pronto and have it re-analyzed.

Angina: She might be having angina like symptoms, independent of the headache.  Does she feel clammy, sob, nauseous? Does the pain go away with rest? Does she have any caridac history? If yes to all, or if the pain in chest concerning please go to the er urgently.

Exam: Your symptoms related to brisk exercise are worrisome. I suggest a full cardiac/medical  workup including a stress test, EKG and blood testing. Please do not exercise until cleared from a cardiac point of view.

Post exertion: Strenuous exercise probably causes post exertional bronchial irritation and there may also be a type of exercise induced asthmatic cough as well. This may or may not be accompanied by some wheezing. A consultation with a pulmonologist would be helpful for diagnosis and treatment advice. Using a bronchial dilating inhaler like albuterol may prevent these post exertional respiratory tract symptoms

i have a med- high pain on my left buttocks. where my gp injected me for voltaren injection. this was due to the gout attack caused on 09/09/19. yet today i have the pain when walking or sitting up. sometimes i get the burning sensation. pls advise?

Gout: Where was the injection? It is unusual to have gout in the buttock area and get an injection for that. Please clarify where the injection was, and where the gout was. Also, do you have pain with movement or when sitting for prolonged periods?

Probable sciatica: superimposed on your gout attack and you may required steroid dose-pak or cortisone injection of the area. Steroid therapy may work better in this scenario than NSAIDS. I suggest talking to your treating physician or obtain a second opinion.

? Reflux: When you take Ibuprofen and has chest pain or burning around lower chest, its usually due gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd). Due to excessive acid production. If you stop Ibuprofen and take anti acid treatment it should get better, if does not then you need to seek help.
