Photosensitivity: Erythromycin can be used to treat acne. It doesn't cause photosensitivity. It can irritate the stomach. I recommend having a baseline EKG first to make sure you don't have a prolonged QT interval as erythromycin can prolong the QT interval and increase the susceptibility to dangerous cardiac dysrhythmias especially if your QT interval is already prolonged.

i will be making the best guess but migraine can be the most bothersome, so you need to get hold of some good medication for it either by going to your doctor or over the counter.Take a combination of tylenol, (acetaminophen) caffeine and aspirin(exedrin) if your stomach cacn handle. You may need an antacid(pepcid or priloses) along with exedr.

Watch out for early: Shingles - now, you're kind of young for that, but an early sign of shingles outbreak (reactivated chickenpox) is a burning/tingling sensation. So look for a red rash with small raised bumps to develop. Otherwise see your primary care doctor on monday for a closer look. Take care!

Yes: Yes, that symptom would be consistent with TMD. However it increases out of proportion to the other TMD symptoms, it may be something else. Best bet is to have your TMD managed by a TMJ specialist.

More details: Does you face flush easily?  How long have you had the problem? The first thing i can think of is rosacea in which the face flushes whenever there is a rise of core body temperature or from eating spicy foods (alcohol also). Triamcinolone cream may control it temporarily but there are other better options. However rosacea is not associated with hot knees and feet and thus you need to your doctor.

TMD: All symptoms consistent with TMD. The burning less so than other symptoms. Make sure your TMD is managed by a TMJ spcialiist. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Have  you been : Checked for mononucleosis or strep throat? Any yellowing of eyes?  Stop smoking right away. It you have up to two packs a day that will make things much worse. It is time to see your physician now if you haven't already done so.

Dry Skin: If your skin is burning, you should see a derm to make sure you’re not having an allergic reaction.  Avene cream for sensitive skin is great for decreasing irritation.
