Sinusitis?: You could be developing a sinus infection.  Consider a saline spray or have doctor prescribe a steroid nasal spray.  Also consider irrigating passages with saline by using a system like netti-pot.  Consider adding antibiotics also.

Afrin (oxymetazoline): Afrin can irritate your nose especially if you taking it too long or it is too dry or already raw, try nasal saline and that is not enough, see your doctor for meds.

GERD: All these symptoms are experienced by anyone who may have gerd or gastroesophageal reflux disease except for the headache..

Possibly.: However, there can be multiple other explanations for these kind of symptoms also. I think a good test would be to see if your nasal symptoms improve after a course of good medications for the reflux. If they do, that would lend some strong support to that possibility. Good luck.

Maybe: herpes of the mouth is usually confined to lip areas or nasal opening "cold sores"
in children it can appear in the throat
mono can 'run you down' and you may be more vulnerable to infections of the throat and gums which may respond to antibiotics

i am showing mild symptoms i.e. headache, postnasal, burning in the nasal passages followed by bleeding.

COVID concerns: Rest, hydrate, quarantine &amp; eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup.  These symptoms could be from a number of different causes. It would not be possible to rule in our to rule out a diagnosis of COVID 19 without testing.

Irritation: Any form of irritation: nose too dry, picking too much, overuse of nasal sprays or antihistamines, trauma, etc...

Nasal congestion : I like to use flonase, but it has the side effect of nasal bleeding in rare people. Many people use saline nasal spray. Avoid sugar, dairy, and fatty foods. Drink a lot of water.

May need allergy fix: Could be due to allergies. Possibly sinus disease. Either way, see an ENT for help.
