Lumbar radiculopathy: The fact that you experience the discomfort with flexion of the spine associated with dressing suggests to me that you have a compressed nerve in the lumbar spine.  An L4 nerve compression would explain low back pain &amp; pain in the upper left leg, but not really explain the stomach discomfort. Can observe if pain is transient and brief, but if increases in intensity, frequency or duration, see doc.

Stomach pain What?: I don't get waht you're trying to say in the first part of the statement.  The second part could be asking about something having to do with a lumbar nerve irritattion at L4 or L5 from your description. Obviously, neurological examination for the 2nd issue will help reveal a cause.

i went outside and there was cold air then 2 days later i noticed lower back pain and took painkillers which worked. now, middle of back hurts (not bad) but whenver i burp it does hurt for a sec. will it go away on its own or will a warm shower work?

See gastroenterologist: It is apparent that you need to talk to a gastroenterologist. There are i'm quite sure simple answers to the symptoms that you have. It could be that for some reason you are belching more at night because you are swallowing air. This air could then pass to your large bowel bymorning and cause problems. This is only a hypothesis however and i would recommend that you see a gastroenterologist for a full workup to determine the true nature of your symptoms. Best wishes to you.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. If you are overweight, losing weight (easier said than done) would help. If the symptoms persist beyond three weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

See a neurologist: You may have severe degenerative arthritis  or herniated disc in low back which is causing pinching of sciatic nerve. You will need an MRI Scan of low back and possibly other tests before definitive treatment can be decided.

hi, i have been having lower back pain. it varies from a dull burning to a sharp pain depending on how i move (pain is more to the right). do i go direct to a chiro or a gp first? i was at a chiro a month ago, but it hasn't seemed to solve it fully.

More info: Does the pain radiate to your legs?  Do you have previous back issues like bulging discs?  Any fever, urination problems, numbness or tingling?  If it is muscular related especially with tenderness when you press on the muscle then start with rest and ice for a few days then slowly begin stretching.  Drink lots of water and take nsaids if needed only as directed.

See below: You may have strained a muscle or ligament supporting your spine.  It's also possible that you injured your disc.    Usually pain will improve over 1-2 weeks with rest and anti-inlfammatories. If the pain last longer than two weeks I recommend seeing your physician.

Clues!: "stomach cramps & lower back pain" not common pattern of symptoms in young person. Urinary tract infection a wild speculation. Patients must tell doctors:  how long, constant or come & go, characteristics of pain (sharp, aching, burning, etc.), sex & age of patient, any injury, fever, radiation from one body part to another, what activity worsens. Doctors used to guessing, but we need clues folks!

Herniated Disk: Numbness/weakness in the distribution as you suggested is normal after nerve irritation.  Decompression can be helpful, so upside down hanging will help somewhat however if your pain worsens i would not recommend continuing it.  You might want  to consider other options like epidural steroid injections if not resolving by a pain/spine specialist.
