Less likely: We would need more information-location of pain, its nature, association with activity, your age, risk factors for heart disease-Diabetes/HTN/Chol/smoking/family history etc in order to tease out your chest pain better. 
If its exertional substernal squeezing type of pain relieved with nitroglycerin or rest, it could be related to ischemic heart disease. In that case, you may want a stress test.

i was sitting in my chair and reached back behind me to put my cat, then i got this burning cramp feeling in the left side of my chest around my nipple. was this muscle strain or heart related? im 23 and i have no family history of heart attacks?

Anxiety most likely: Please try to relax , it's not likely that you have heart disease at this time in your life!  The sensation  is not connected with your bowel problems except both can be caused by anxiety!  You need to seek counselling!  My also need some medication. You should see your family physician soon
