Anal irritation: hello ~ this is not an infrequent complaint of people suffering from diarrea. Wash clean with water and a mild soap. Use vaseline applied before and after defecation and you could even apply some 1% OTC hydrocortisone as well 3-4 x a day in severe cases. thanks

Ciprodiazole: Ciprodiazole is a combination of Ciprofloxacin 500 mg  and Metronidazole 500 mg. It may alter your normal colonic flora and create a variety of problems including the potential for Clostridium difficile colitis. My advice is to see a doctor and have this evaluated ASAP. Good luck.

Diarrhea: Whatever is causing the inflammation in the gut leading to diarrhea may be damaging the lining of the bowel such that it becomes tender and painful to defecate. This may also be caused by continuous wiping of the anus so that the skin/mucous membranes are abraded and this produces a burning sensation.

Diarrhea: It is very common when having diarrhea to have a burning sensation at the rectum.  The tissue at the rectum is very sensitive and due to the rapid transit of stool with diarrhea it is very acidic, thus the burning sensation.  It is not due to H. pylori which causes ulcers, but to HCL or Hydrochloric acid from the stomach.
