Other tests...: What other tests have you had done? He is suggesting that because he suspects this could be related to neuropathy( or nerve irritation). Some conditions like vitamin b12 deficiency, thyroid, diabetes, among others can cause these problems. Also nerve pinged in your spine can cause similar symptoms although we would need more information. Follow up with your PCP on this.

Skin burn: Loss of pigmentation at the site of burn is due to loss of pigment cells( melanocytes) and scars. You should see a dermatologist. There are options to treat it with medications and laser. Good luck.

Skin burn: Try to apply the silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream to a  small normal area of skin away from the  burn area, if you develop a reaction  you can discontinue the silvadene (silver sulfadiazine)  &amp; go back to your doctor for furthere evaluation, to make sure the burn area is not getting infected. Feel better.

A blood clot?: Large dark purple spots.  Edges burn constantly.  Painful to walk.  I am concerned you may have a blood clot.  I would suggest you see a doctor immediately because blood clots can be very dangerous.  Better safe than sorry.

Fluid: No it is not 'just' fluid.   See your family doc to find out what the cause is.  You never just' take a pill '  without first determining the underlying cause.  Please go sooner rather than later

Need workup: This could be related to either kidney or cardiac dysfunction and you should be worked up. The increased swelling in the one with past trauma verse the other leg is the fact that trauma can change vascular flow and cause edema later in life when systemic reasons cause swelling. With feet burning, may have neuropathy, possibly even from diabetes which could be causing kidney damage. Need workup.
