Chalazion cyst: Could be a blocked pore in the skin of the eyelid known as a chalazion cyst. Warm compresses are usually all that is required. No medications needed. If it gets very red and swollen then sometimes oral antibiotics are indicated.

It can be a chalazion, xanthelasma, pimple, milia, stye, amelanotic melanoma, papilloma, molluscum contagiosum, progenic granuloma, and other things. Be seen: It is probably a sebaceous cyst or lipoma, both of which are benign, but you should see your physician for an exam and opinion.

Folliculitis: This may be an ingrown hair or slight infection of a hair follicle. A wen is less likely. Try warm compresses and see your Physician if it enlarges,becomes more painful or spreading redness develops.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that these are signs of cancer, but you should make sure that your primary care physician examines you.  Depending on what he thinks they are, referral to a dermatologist may be indicated.

Squishy bump back: Most likely a lipoma. They more you push on it the more it will hurt.  But need more details. If lipoma nothing to worry about.

Just observe: At this stage, it is better to leave that site alone and check in a week or so to see if there is anything there. If the bump doubles in size, then it would warrant seeing your doctor.

Bump lower back: Could be a boil , an infected sebacous cyst or rarely a  growth. Would have it checked out by doctor /urgent care , as they can enlarge. May improve with antibiotics either topical like bacitracin or oral.
