Bump under eye: Following a contusion, there can be bleeding in the periorbita as we have muscles and fat with many blood vessels, a contusion may cause bleedingm which may form a collection of blood hematoma.  It usually absorbs with time. If a lump persists the hematoma may become organized, explaining the lump related to a contusion. The question would be is it related to the contusion?

You : You may have a chalazion.  A chalazion is a blocked oil gland. There is a row of oil gland openings on the eyelid at the base of the eyelashes. The  oil glands are supposed to secrete oil that perculates over your tears to prevent evaporation of your tears.  The opening can get clogged by dead skin cells, environmental debris, and by the oil itself.  When the opening becomes clogged, the factory further down the lid still makes the oil, but it cannot get out.  So the area enlarges with oil which is trapped.  The trapped oil is warm, stagnant, and becomes infected.  The body then walls it off to prevent the infection from spreading behind the lid-- which is communiucation with the orbit-- which can communicate with the brain.  The walled-off oil becomes hard like a firm pea or lentil.  Try using warm compresses, as warm as you can tolerate without burning your skin, for 10 minutes 4 times a day.  If it does not change after a week, see your ophthalmologist to get it drained.  If it becomes red and swollen, see your ophthalmologist because the infection could be spreading and may require oral antibiotics and drainage.

Sounds too active: You may have not sterilize the extractor resulting in an infection.  The face is too close to the lymph drainage to the brain.  Use warm applications till you can see a doc.

Depends: It usually depends on what these bumps are. First try warm compresses for half an hour three times a day. If that doesn't help, then go see an ophthalmologist. It can be something simple like a blocked oil gland, or even a skin tag. Some of these do not even need to be treated, but some do.
