Can not tell: One possibi, ity is molluscum contagious, small warts, another is candida, a yeast infection, or folliciculitis a bacterial infection. It is best to be seen by a dermatologist to be evaluated and properly treated.

See your physician: Or if you are having difficulty breathing, go to an emergency room.   Your description is too vague and too general to determine, in this forum, exactly what your problem could be.   It could be anything from an allergic reaction to shingles.  See your physician.

Need more info: how long have you had them? are you getting bitten? do you have rashy skin under normal circumstances. It would help to have more info.

Oral herpes: Herpes virus will cause herpes infection with small blister and spreads.  These small bumps hurts.  Keep them clean.  Antiviral medication such as Acyclovir will help.  Nonalcohol mouthwash such as biotene will help cleaning to prevent bacterial superinfection.  Orajel or chloraseptic spray will provide temporary numbness of oral mucosa for comfort.

While you sleep.: Many  bug bites are as you describe. I would be most concerned about the possibility of beg bugs. They do their work at night, usually not painful and take a while for the realization to become apparent. Check your bed and mattress thoroughly for the critters. You might have the bite sites evaluated.

A : A brown recluse bite can have different appearances. There can be almost no signs of the bite or there can be a dark escar (scab) with surrounding white tissue (that is dead). In some cases the brown recluse's bite can be necrotoxic and cause very severe damage. It can large amounts of skin to die and can eat into the muscle as well. This type of reaction is usually associated with fever, muscle and joint pain and feeling very ill.  I can not diagnose the cause of your symptoms. Brown recluses are actually very little and non-descript looking.  If your skin is sloughing off your finger - do recommend that this be medically evaluated.

Are you sure...?: Are you sure it's an ant  bite? If so, you may thinly apply topical steroid cream, keep the area dry and clean, watch, and see for next 5-7 days as long as slowly and surely getting better day by day. If not resolved as described, see doc timely.

See the doctor: Have you been rubbing your eyes? This could add considerably to the already present dermatitis that you are experiencing. I would recommend that you see your physician for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Bug bite: Probably is some sort of bug bite, but if it is just one, unlikely to be bed bugs. Not a great idea to try to pop it, this makes a sterile environment at risk for infection. Put a little 1% hydrocortisone cream on it, if it itches.
