It could be...?: It could be as simple as a hair follicle  "pimple"(folliculitis), or a more serious Bartholin gland infection. You need to see a GYN MD who can look at the areas and confirm a diagnosis and possible offer a treatment.

Prob blocked gland : It sounds like it is a blocked gland. These can get more infected if not unblocked, so you should see a doctor about it. It could be a wart or other type of lump also. I'm not sure there is anything you should do for it on your own.

No many causes : No there are manyncauses for bumps including papilloma virus or cysts but if you have been told you have herpes it has a very characteristic appearance with grouping of very small fluid filled blister like bumps.
