Folliculitis?: Your description suggests bacterial infection of hair follicles. Usually will develop small pustules(pimples). Bactroban (mupirocin) antibiotic cream may help but if not responding will need culture for MRSA and oral antibiotics. Suggest you see your physician for proper diagnosis and Rx.

Acne on the buttocks, therefore, can restrict every movement of yours. Most people suffering from butt acne despair over not being able to participate in recreational activities. Treatment is with oral antibiotics like prescription solodyn (minocycline).

No: Not from your description. Hemorrhoids are normal veins at the anal opening. Leg veins can become enlarged as varicose veins or can get superficial thrombophlebitis. Would need to have an exam with a doctor to tell what you have.

Lesion: This might be an abscess - especially if it is growing in size. A medical provider would be able to easily determine if this is an abscess. You can place warm compresses on it but if the lesion is increasing in size, you develop redness of surrounding tissue - then I would recommend prompt medical assessment Take care.

Get seen: This may be a dermatofibroma, a small cyst, or any of a few dozen other common things, or something exotic. If it's growing rapidly or has any of the familiar features of a melanoma, make a physician's appointment. If not, show it the next time you have a visit.

Rash: There are a number of potential causes.  You should see your dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.  There are too many possibilities to be able to diagnose it from your description.. However you want to see your doctor to be sure it is not an infection.
