If it turns out that you're not pregnant after missing your period or if your period comes, then you need to get a birth control method now. Especially if you don't want to be pregnant. Consider an iud or Nexplanon which are implants that you just set and forget.

The bumps on the: Areola are likely montgomery glands. They can enlarge with pregnancy.  Breast pain could be the result of pregnancy, oral contraceptives, pms or your period.  If you miss a period - then take a home pregnancy test. Take care.

Hormonal: The implant could be causing breast soreness from the hormones it contains.  Pregnancy is very rare with progesterone implant type of birth control.
