Depends: The treatment of lumps and bumps in the vaginal area, like every where else, depends on the cause of the  lumps as well as the size. Warts are treated with frezing, burning, lasering, or with several different medicines applied topically. Inclusion cysts, like blackheads, are treated one way and Bartholin's gland cysts are treated in other ways. Skin tags are treated in yet a different way.

A discharge that looks like pus would be abnormal.

Contusion?: With the history of trauma (getting kicked) it is most likely a contusion and or a cystic hematoma.  This should resolve in time.  The more you poke and prod the area, the longer it will stay inflamed.  If it does not get better, than seek medical attention and get the area examined.  Best wishes.
