i had a bump next to my nose piercing ,it went away with sea salt water soaks and aspirin but now it's left a bloody circle how can i make it go away ?

Nose: Hard to tell from your description but suggest continue warm soaks and put on OTC antibiotic ointment three imes a day for two days but if it persists see an ENT

Aspirin Paste: Know of no mechanism by which aspirin paste would heal either cartilaginous or soft tissue 'bump' of ear. Take care.

hit my head several hours ago getting into my car. take 325 aspirin daily. should i be concerned? it hurt pretty bad when i hit it, but no pain now.

Probably ok: If no loss of consciousness and no current symptoms I do not think there is cause for concern. In general, head trauma such as yours, does not itself cause bleeding unless there is a predisposition for a bleed. The aspirin can cause increased bleeding when there is a cause for a bleed. In this case, with no symptoms, I think you are okay but if any symptoms arise, go to nearest ED.

i have a hissing sound in my head. i am taking aspirin on a daily basis. could this be causing this condition?  will it stop if i stop taking aspirin?

Needs evaluation: This sounds like a problem that needs evaluation by a physician.  This is not a side effect of Aspirin although tinnitus or ringing in the ears may be.  A blood test will detect if it is related to Aspirin which may also cause metabolic changes.

If you didn't: suffer a concussion and there was minimal bruising or hematoma, I see no reason why you need to see a Dr.

Trauma: Very unlikely to be associated with your asa usage. If it persists see your doctor .It was an effect of the blow. Good Luck

NO: You are hypercoagulated. Please call your prescribing physician asap. You will need blood testing, CBC with platelet count , Pro time and PTT.

Baby aspirin rarely: Baby Aspirin  may predispose, but are almost never a direct reason for a nose bleed.Typically nose bleeds are caused by conditions localized in the nasal passages. If the nose bleed is recurrent, or persistent despite the usual measures to control it, i.e. Local pressure and cold compress, ENT evaluation is warranted.

Yes: Sorry to hear you have this very distressing condition.
Random onset of hives is quite common and may not have anything to do with the aspirin particularly if there has been no lapse in the aspirin regimen.  Labs cannot confirm or rule out aspirin allergy. A careful history taking and timeline is essential.    FYI Aspirin / NSAIDS  sensitivity (aka AERD) is a different animal.

No, See below: Tattooing is a form of self-mutilation and you should not do it, much less if it will interfere with your medication. Do not discontinue taking aspirin, without talking with the doctor who prescribed it.
