i have multiple lumps/bumps under my jaw and/or upper neck. they don't hurt and move pretty easily. are these lumps normal?

Lymph nodes?: Enlargement of the lymph nodes, under the jaw and in the neck can be a simple as a viral infection, but see a head and neck surgeon for a biopsy, since a lymphoma can present this way too. Do not ignore this symptom, since it can be the first sign of more ominous disease.

i have a bb sized bump under my jaw below ear. it's next to the muscle that runs down neck. not painful. i scratched the inside of ear. & it bled good?

Infection?: This is probably a small lymph node. It may be associated with an infection in the ear, scalp, face or sinuses.  See your doctor to determine if you need treatment for this.  Good luck!

Probably not: When the body fights back at mono the lymph nodes in your neck swell to produce antibodies. The tissue of the throat will need time to heal. These may be enlarged submandibular salivary glands usually caused by build-up of debris in the duct. Generally there is associated discomfort but with no pain, an  autoimmune disease, Sjogren's syndrome, is.more likely. In this case you probably will be referred to a rheumatologist for more testing.

Depends: Could be submandibular or parotid salivary gland, enlarged lymph node from infection or tumor, congenital cyst, etc.   A neck mass must be evaluated so see ent.

under my jaw line area on the left side there is a throbbing pain that comes and goes. it woke me up in the middle of the night it hurt so bad. it is in my neck area just below the jaw line, a throbbing?

: Many things can cause pain in that area.  Keep a diary about when it starts/stops/gets worse/what makes it better and share wirth your Dr and can you all will figure it out.
