Thrush: this is likely an infection by yeast called thrush.  We can't diagnose it with out seeing it.  You need to see your physician to be evaluated and treated.

Glossitis: You describe glossitis. This is usually due to another illness (are you otherwise well?). An allergy, or no cause known.  If it doesn't start to get better in a week, you should see your doctor.

Tongue lesion: Difficult to diagnose without seeing the tongue directly. Simple cause : aphthous ulcer or stomatitis. However many things can cause painful bumps.  Please get a physician evaluation ASAP.

multiple issues with my tongue : red and white bumps all over,  a few whitish bumps on tip and underside, soreness on tip. came on suddenly. any ideas?

R/O THRUSH/GLOSSITIS: Thrush an oral yeast infection can be caused by both steroids and antibiotics. You need to be examined and cultured. Normally empiric antifungal therapy is started ie mycelex troche Or diflucan (fluconazole) . Make sure to see your doctor for follow up exam labs and stool testing for Hpylori and potential endoscopy
