i've been getting recurring water bump blisters on the bottom of my right foot and instep only. i pop them and they itch for a few days then dry up. is it serious enough to see a doc?

Try an: Antifungal agent on them. (Topical cereal like lamisil, (terbinafine) Lotrimin, loprox etc available st local pharmacy)

Biopsy: Probably benign since they are so long, but can not tell 100 per cent without biopsy.
