Inflamed  taste bud: A white bump and not an area of leukoplakia is an inflamed taste bud on side of tongue. The taste buds are essential for tasting food, there being  between 2,000 and 8,000 taste buds. The ones at the tip detect sweetness; the ones in the back detect bitterness, the sides detect saltiness and the lateral area detects sourness.  If the taste buds become inflamed, it can lead to complications such as described.  Warm soaks and antibiotics if needed should be considered.

Cyst: sounds like you may have had some cystic structure - may have been an ingrown hair or a pimple. Good news - it is gone.

i eat. hot food and i have a bump in my mouth at the upper cheek when i prick it  with my hand  it started to bleed .had no pain until i start messing with it is it serious i need help.wat can it be?

Bump on cheek: Sometimes heat can soften up an infection, causing it to come to a head at the surface of the skin.  This leads to draining, especialy if you pick at it.  This is called a fistula and could be an infection making it a serious matter that may require some treatment, and or an antibiotic perscription.  See a dentist soon before it starts hurting.  Treatment is always easier sooner rather then later.

Maybe: If you have trouble with persistent headaches, any instability, behavioral abnormalities or are getting worse you may have a concussion or worse.  If the bleeding is controlled you need to decide if the cut is large enough to need sutures.

i was in a motor accident last may 2. the back of my head was hit into something i don't know. it didn't bleed but it had a bump. the bump healed but it is still painful till now. my schedule is hectic so i can't go to a check up. what should i do?

Yes: When something hits a small child on the head or when she falls on her head from a distance of less than 5 feet, cries right away, the chances of any internal brain injury are very very small, as shown by a study at the er of a boston hospital some years ago. So you can be reassured and go on loving her.

Laceration: He needs a tetanus shot. The laceration needs to be evaluated to see if it needs sutures.

No.: If you have no severe dizziness, double vision, trouble moving a limb, etc. you have nothing more than a bump on the head. No worry.

It could be nothing: That being said, it could be a basal cell carcinoma, although you are very young to have one.  The nose is a common place for one to appear.  You should see a dermatologist and have it removed/biopsied.  Removal at this stage is generally the cure if it is a carcinoma.   It is, however, at your age, most likely just a cyst of some kind.
