Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have back pain cloudy urine frequent urination sometimes urinary urgency leaking urine that i can't feel coming out and i don't really feel myself pee?

Probable infection: It sounds like the most likely possibility is a urinary tract infection. You should see your doctor for a checkup and appropriate tests.

Vaginitis: A vaginal odor is usually caused by certain organisms causing a vaginal infection. Not all infections will produce an odor. Bacterial vaginitis and sometimes trichomonas are the more likely culprits. A left over tampon can also cause an odor. Although urine frequency may mean a bladder infection, vaginitis can also create urethral irritation which will elicit urine frequency. Only testing can tell.

Prostatitis likely: Your symptom fits the profile of prostatitis.  If the prostate swells, it triggers pain. Such pain can involve the tip of the penis, groins, testicles, low back and perineum.
Urgency/frequency of urination and a variable stream may also occur.  You may notice worsening erections or a discharge from the penis with bowel movements.

is it okay to take toviaz (fesoterodine) during the day for urinary urgency and frequency and then amitriptyline at night for sleep?? can they be taken together ?

See my remark: Toviaz (fesoterodine) is a once daily use as a anticholenergic -used for overactive bladder-
You can use Amitryptyline at night   don't make it routine

i have need to pee even with only drops in badder or i will feel uncomfortable. i pee many times a night 4-7.is this the same as urinary urgency ?

ConsultMD&amp;FollowUp: How do you know that you have no UTI.Did you consult your Doctor&amp;had urinalysis &amp;Urine Culture done.Are you passing lot of urine every time.Do you have any pain or burning when you pass urine?Are you taking any medicine or supplement or coffee/tea?Drinking lots of fluids?There are other causes of frequency of urination from Diabetes Insipidus to Diabetes Mellitus.I will consult Doctor&amp;follow up

See urologist: If you are 63 , most likely you have benign enlarged prostate, causing urgency , have to see urologist for assessing your problem.
